service was great throughout the hotel. i recommend you to eat at taqueria mexa, that is set 1000 feet away. 4-star venue in santiago. 25 minutes' drive to the airport.

It was a GREAT experience & staff was friendly. Some of our favorite spots such as barrio lastarria were not far from the hotel. Everything was perfect for short stay.
